the majority MDI based systems) or polyurethane systems composed by two prepolymers and a chain extender (like the majority of TDI based systems). The machine can work practically all the polyurethane systems, including microcellular elastomer foams.

Building material: Stainless steel AISI 304.

Geometric capacity: 30 liters.

Useful capacity: 20 liters.

Heating system: Tanks are placed inside an insulated box heated by hot air. The heating system ensures to maintain the temperature set with +/- 1,5°C tolerance and

air recirculation has been designed in order to avoid overheating areas.

Temperature check: PT100 sensor.

Max temperature: 130°C. 

OUTPUT AND PERFORMANCES

The output of the machine can be custom-tailored in order to satisfy any specific request. The pump speed is directly managed and controlled by a computer and can be set between 15 and 250 Rpm. On the main component circuits it is possible to install a pump of a size between 0,30 cc/rev and 15 cc/rev, while the auxiliary circuits can accept a pump of a size between 0,03 cc/rev and 0,20 cc/rev.

According to the size of the circuit and the pump installed, the output can be between 150 g/min. and 6 000 g/min. The machine can be equipped with up to six additional injectors, installed directly

into the mixing chamber, through which colors, additives and/or catalysts can be dosed. All these auxiliary circuits are equipped with pressure regulator and recirculation loop.
