Control Panel

A user-friendly interface which enables the user to monitor and check process parameters for constant production control.Such as pressure, temperature, and pump speed are rigorously monitored and controlled.It allows to live time display the machine status on its whole, showing temperatures, pressures, pump and mixer speed, security advices, alarms and anything else connected to operative procedure.

The control system including a power switch, automatic air switch, AC contactor and control lines. The equipment operation is controlled by digital temperature controller, digital pressure gauge, digital tachometer and PLC and the module to complete, so as to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
