High pressure machine

Low pressure machine

Zecheng low-pressure polyurethane foam machines are versatile and support various applications that require lower volumes, higher viscosities, or different levels of viscosity between the chemicals used in a mixture. These machines are an ideal choice when multiple streams of chemicals need to be treated differently before being mixed. They are commonly used in markets where coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomeric polyurethanes are needed.

Other Urethane manufacturing accessories

At Zecheng, we design a range of accessories for urethane manufacturing, including ovens, hot tables, and rotational casting equipment. Our ovens are engineered for heating molds, curing and post-curing cast parts, as well as heating raw materials in pails or drums. Our hot tables are specialized tools used in the cast urethane industry, designed to heat and process molds that require precise leveling or have large horizontal surfaces. Additionally, we develop rotational casting systems for industrial rollers, which are primarily used in the pulp and paper, steel, and printing industries, as well as in large conveyor systems. The rotational casting process applies fast-curing polyurethane systems, specially formulated for room temperature applications, to the surface of the rollers.
