The principle of polyurethane foaming machine to produce foam is mainly based on the reaction of two chemical substances - polyisocyanate (some materials call it isocyanate) and polyether polyol (some materials call it polyol).

Chemical reaction process
Mixing reaction: The polyurethane foaming machine mixes polyisocyanate and polyether polyol in a certain proportion and reacts at a certain temperature. In this process, the two chemical substances react chemically to generate a variety of intermediates, including carbon dioxide gas.
Gas release and foaming: As the reaction proceeds, carbon dioxide gas is released. The generation of these gases causes liquid polyurethane to expand rapidly and undergo foaming reaction to form foam.
Curing and molding: The foamed mixture is poured into the mold, and after a certain period of curing and molding, the desired polyurethane foam product is finally obtained.
Working steps
Ingredients: Prepare polyisocyanate and polyether polyol as well as auxiliary materials such as foaming agent and stabilizer in a certain proportion.
Mixing: Through the mixing system of the foaming machine, various raw materials are fully mixed and uniform to ensure that the chemical reaction can proceed smoothly.
Foaming: After mixing evenly, the mixture is sprayed out through a nozzle to form a foam. During this process, parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow need to be controlled to ensure the foaming effect.
Molding and curing: Pour the foamed mixture into the mold, cure it for a certain period of time, and finally obtain the desired polyurethane foam product.
