I. Industrial Wear-Resistant Rollers and casters
Wear-resistant casters and industrial rollers are the most commonly produced items in mass production using MDI casting machines. MDI polyurethane materials have excellent abrasion resistance and resistance to crushing and tearing without shedding debris, making them ideal for heavy duty, high-frequency rolling. II. Wear-resistant shock absorbers for mining and heavy industry
Mine and heavy machinery industry has high demand elastomer materials, which has good impact resistance, tear resistance and compression resistance. MDI casting machines enable the mass production of high-end polyurethane components in these sectors. The main products include polyurethane buffer pads, bumper blocks, mine abrasionresistant linings, screen strips, vibration sieve shock absorbers, buffer blocks, etc. MDI materials areresistant to cracking at low temperatures and do not soften at high temperatures. They have excellent impact resistance, can continuously absorb vibration and impact loads of equipment, effectively protect mechanical structure, reduce wear and maintenance frequency. III. Mechanical Seals and Shock-Absorbing/Cushioning Products
MDI elastomer casting machines can produce a variety of high-precision sealing and shock absorbent elastomer components. These products have the characteristics of high density, bubble free structure, elastic stability, etc., and make ideal for precision machinery applications. Common products include polyurethane seals, gaskets, dust boots, shock pads, machine shock absorbers, cushioning struts and shock plugs. These products are resistant to oil, hydrolysis and aging, and are not susceptible to deformation, hardening or cracking during long-term use. IV. INTRODUCTION Logistics Drive and Conveyor System Components
Modern assembly lines and delivery systems make extensive use of polyurethane drive components, and MDI casting machines enable the steady production of various wear-resistant conveyor components. The main products include polyurethane-coated rollers, brace roller, conveyor belt sidewalls, anti-slip belt, coated drive wheels and tensioning sleeve.
