The maintenance cycle and maintenance points of the MDI elastomer dispenser are crucial to ensure its long-term stable operation and extend its service life.

Maintenance cycle
Daily inspection: Before starting the machine every day, a basic inspection should be carried out on the dispenser, including whether the power supply, air source, hydraulic source, etc. are normal, whether the connections of each component are tight, whether there is leakage, etc.

Regular maintenance:
Short-term maintenance: A more detailed inspection is carried out every week or every two weeks, including cleaning the outside of the equipment, checking the lubricating oil level, tightening screws, etc.

Medium-term maintenance: In-depth maintenance is carried out every month or quarter, involving replacement of wearing parts, cleaning filters, checking electrical components, etc.

Long-term maintenance: A more comprehensive inspection and maintenance is carried out every year or according to the use of the equipment, including replacement of hydraulic oil, calibration of sensors, inspection of mechanical parts wear, etc.

Maintenance points
Cleaning and maintenance:
Clean the outside of the dispenser regularly to prevent dust and impurities from accumulating.
Clean key internal components such as the dispenser head, pipes, filters, etc. to remove MDI residues and impurities to prevent blockage and corrosion.
Lubrication maintenance:
Add or replace lubricating oil on time to ensure that all moving parts are well lubricated to reduce wear and failure.
Check whether the lubrication system is unobstructed and whether there is any oil leakage.
Electrical inspection:
Check electrical components and lines regularly to ensure reliable connection and no short circuit, open circuit and other faults.
Clean electrical components and radiators to maintain good heat dissipation performance.
Sealing inspection:
Regularly check the sealing performance of the dispenser, including the sealing of pipe interfaces, valves, pump bodies and other parts to prevent MDI leakage.
