If the pressure of the polyurethane foaming machine is too low, the two components will not be completely mixed and affect the foaming rate, but if the pressure is too high, the process requirements of the entire equipment will be very high. Temperature also has a great influence on the foaming rate. If the temperature is too high, the reaction rate will be fast, and other equipment and processes will be needed to adapt. If the temperature is too low, the reaction will be slow and the curing time will be long, which will affect production accordingly. Therefore, the design process should control the temperature within the range of 65±1°C according to the process requirements.
