One -walled Jacket component tank:

Structural design: The inner liner is acid-resistant stainless steel (argon arc welding). The bottom of the liner is equipped with a metal heat conducting seat connected with the tank.

The heating speed is faster, the efficiency is higher and environmentally friendly. Using oven-type rock wool insulation layer, heated air circulation which makes the raw material heating more stable.The upper and lower parts of the tank are stainless steel sealing materials, and the upper part is equipped with an air filter dryer device and the vacuum automatic suction. High precision mechanical seal device is selected to ensure no air leakage during mixing and vacuum degree in the tank during degassing.

The top of the tank is equipped with a neck peep illumination mirror, vacuum interface, vacuum pressure gauge, nitrogen port, and nitrogen interface with a pressure regulating device, the bottom of the tank is equipped with an outlet, a special filter, an outlet, and a temperature probe.
