Operation process:

1. Add appropriate thermal fluid

Reactor volume + heat transfer oil volume:

1. Nitrogen port: add nitrogen after vacuuming

2. Vacuum port: connect vacuum pipe

3. Temperature measurement port: use glass thermometer to measure material temperature

4. Manual feeding port: manual feeding

5.Automatic feeding port: vacuum feeding

6. Vacuum gauge: display the pressure inside the tank

7. Sight light: interior lighting

Put the inner layer of reaction solvent can do the stirring reaction. Interlayer connect with different cold and heat sources (frozen liquid, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reaction.The materials in the reactor are thermodynamically heated or cooled by injecting a constant temperature (high temperature or low temperature) hot media or cooled media.The stirring reaction performed under normal or negative pressure.The material is reacted , and can be vacuum and dehydrated in the kettle. After reaction, the material can be released from the outlet at the tank bottom , convenient to operate.
