Ⅱ. Functions and features:

1. Prepolymer method is to make the extension reaction( prepolymerization) and chain extension cross-linking reaction in process of CPU production in two steps; reaction with weak activity( prepolymer reaction of polyol and isocyanate) have sufficient time to carry on and the reaction is rather thorough ; the gained prepolymer will come into the reaction with chain extender to produce elastomers whose structure is uniform, conductive to the forming of hydrogen bond between strong electroegativity groups in the hard and soft segments, so that the products have good mechanical properties and good repeatability.

2. The reactor is used for dehydration of polyols, prepolymer synthesis and defoaming. It uses stainless steel liner, plus thermal jacket, stirring and electrically heat transfer oil circulation and temperature control systems, vacuum buffer tank and pump system.

3. Perfect configuration and reasonable requirements; the heating is fast and unit uniform and the advanced cooling method is fast and easy to do.

4. Advanced reactor structure and high-precision new sealing device ensure the high vacuum inside tank and improve the product quality.
