Ⅰ.Product Classification:

ZC Factory offers customized solutions for nearly all industries and applications, whether for the processing of polyurethane elastomers or foams. The CPU30J-M SERIES is well designed for flexibility and ease of use, allowing for high-quality cast urethane moldings.

Ⅱ.Functions and features:

The MDI Polyurethane (PUR) casting machine features an automatic control hot air circulation system that addresses the technical issues of oxidation and carbon deposition in the heat transfer oil channel.
The new storage tank (patented technology) is equipped with a metal heat conduction seat at the bottom, resulting in faster heating, higher efficiency, environmental protection, and energy savings.
Independent multi-point temperature control ensures more uniform temperature management, with an accuracy of ≤±1°C.
The feeding system is equipped with a pressure static balance device (patented technology), which eliminates flow errors and provides more accurate and stable flow.
The mixing head is independently developed, offering uniform mixing, minimal discharge, easy cleaning, and cost savings.
The mixing head features a color-adding device that allows the addition of various pigments and additives to the mixing chamber, enabling the production of products with different formulas or colors.
The pouring mode options (hose pouring, open pouring, closed mold pouring, timed, and quantitative pouring) support special processes with a wide range of mixing ratios.
The system uses high-precision metering pumps (temperature-resistant up to 450°C, pressure-resistant up to 10 MPa) with an accuracy error of 0.3–0.5%, ensuring stable metering accuracy.
All metering pumps are equipped with variable frequency motors with a wide speed regulation range, greatly improving automation, production efficiency, and product uniformity.
The PLC modular control system includes functions for flow, pouring, cleaning, and more, with the capability to independently store 30 different formulas.
The mixing device is designed for homogeneous mixing, being both light and durable.
An automatic degassing system ensures that the products are free of bubbles.
The excellent design of the mixing chamber and agitator ensures optimum mixing quality, even with difficult-to-mix raw materials.
ZeCheng's machine head can be completely dismantled for easy cleaning.
A multi-component agitation system can be added.
