Ⅱ. Functions and features:

1. NDI type polyurethane micropore elastomer material is light, well shock resistance, energy absorption and high elastomeric, excellent abrasive resistance, flexing fatigue life, breathability.

2. High precision metering pump; pressure adjusting device with patented technology; flexible adjustment and error ±0.5%.

3. The temperature control system is stable and reliable; the heating uses conduction oil and electricity; multi-point temperature control device and the temperature error: ±2℃.

4. Special mixing device; rational design, reliable performance, patented mixing head, uniform mixing; the performance fully meets the requirements of micro-porous structure.

5. Adopt the imported PLC controller to monitor the entire control system; it will automatically make judgment of abnormity, diagnose and alarm, abnormal factors display, PLC module control, casting, automatic cleaning and air impact; stable performance and strong operability.

NDI microporous polyurethane elastomer is used in stop block, buffer block, dust-proof cover, pedals, large-load wheels and roller etc.
