I. Brief Introduction: CPU30J-G series (electric heating)

Three-components Elastomer casting machine is one of the type of elastomer casting machine. Different types of colorcan add directly into the color paste container.

The three components elastomer casting machine adopts low speed gear pump, so the metering is more accurate than others. Mixing head is essential of all casting machines, adopting excellent variable cross-section, high shear and stable performance.

Pouring head is a main part of three-component casting machine, excellent leakproofness. Adopting floating type machine specific sealing, air leakage is impossible with good stability, no slant. Also using multi-point temperature control system to make temperature stable when stirring.

II. Production Classification:

It used to to produce casting type polyurethane elastomer products with MOCA or BDO as chain extender.

III. Functions and features:

1. Stable and reliable temperature control system, can be use conducting oil or electrical heating, temperature≤±2℃.

2. High-temperature resistant low-speed high-precision metering pump; accurate matching, flexible adjustment and measurement accuracy error:≤±0.5%.

3. Well designed mixing device, compact and durable mixing head, no visible bubbles in product.

4. Equipped with color paste feeding system, with features of uniform mixing and accurate metering.

5. It can process with three or two components material, meets the requirements of one-machine-two-purpose.

6. Adopt the imported PLC controller, to cast, automatic cleaning and air impact; stable performance and strong operability.

7. Polyurethane and vacuum degassing can be synthesized in the machine.

8. Use the MDI as pre-polymers, safe and environmentally friendly.

9. Degassing of your materials.

IV. Application:

Rubber roller, high load solid core wheel, sieve plate, hydraulic seal ring, photovoltaic guide pulley wear-resistant materials in metallurgy,dyeing, spinning, mine, paper-making industry.
