Ⅰ.Product Classification:

Apply to the manufacture of casting PU elastomer products whose cross-linking agent is NDI etc. CPU20J-NDI series.

Ⅱ. Functions and Features:

1. Products are PU elastomer with middle and low hardness, heat resistance, wear resistance, high strength and tensile strength. Color pastes can be directly added in the mixing device of this machine.

2. The temperature control system is stable and reliable; the heating uses conduction oil and electricity; the temperature error: ≤±2℃.

3. High-temperature resistant low-speed high-precision German metering pump; accurate matching, flexible adjustment and measurement accuracy error: ≤±0.3%.

4. Euqipped with the control system able to add color paste and the color paste directly goes into the mixing device; different colors can be switched at any time; the mixing is uniform and the metering is accurate.

5. The mixing device is equipped with static pressure balance device(patented technology), which removes flow error and improve measuring accuracy, meanwhile the stability is better. It uses the high shear mixing head of variable cross-section, which ensures no visible bubbles in products.

6. Adopt the imported PLC module control, casting, automatic cleaning and air impact; stable performance and strong operability.

Ⅲ. Application:

Apply to various medium/low hardness polyurethane elastomer products.

NDI microporous PU elastomer is used to the buffer components of automotive shock absorber,such as stop block,buffer block,dust-proof cover,pedals large-load wheels and roller etc.

NDI Polyurethane micro-porous elastomer has advantages :light material,impact resistance,energy absorption,good buffer performance,high strength of elastomers and abrasion resistance;additionally it has good flexural resistance and good air permeability.
