Ⅱ. Functions and features:

1. High temperature resistant low-speed high-precision metering pump; accurate matching, flexible adjustment and measurement accuracy error: ≤±0.5%.

2. The precise dynamic mixing head is applicable to the mixing of PU glue of all viscosity, realization of foam, sealing, casting filling and adhesive etc.

3. The new pipelines for material mixing as well as the automatic cleaning device ensure no blocking of materials, so that the process of maintenance and upkeep becomes quicker and easier.

4. The workbench is driven by CNC servo gear motor and the molds on workbench move in accordance with the trajectory set by program; it can automatically make casting of square, round or irregular shaped sealing strip, with features like high efficiency, reliable performance and easy operation etc.

5. A new generation of CNC program: simplifying the programming of working path program; high precision and more stable performance; all the working parameters can be stored, calculated, set and monitored.
