1、 Tank Systems：

1).A B Tank（Polyether polyols）structure：

Acid-proof stainless steel (argon arc welding (1Cr18Ni9Ti  304）) tank, is equipped with spiral baffle heating (or cooling) jacketed, outside of polyurethane rigid foam insulation blanket, do energy-saving .Under the tank there is hot air circulation heating, heating the raw material more stable.Outside there is an oven type rock wool insulation layer, to achieve the effect of temperature and energy saving.

   2）The upper cover is equipped with desiccant device, automatic vacuum suction port, convenient feeding port, neck mirror, vacuum interface, vacuum pressure gauge, nitrogen port, air outlet.Select high precision mechanical seal device, ensure no leakage when stirring, stirring speed: 30r.p.m.(depending on the properties of the material)

2、Heating and temperature control system

1）By the original liquid heating device, pipeline heating device, metering pump in the oven internal insulation, machine heating, the whole heating system adopts automatic control heating system, to solve the temperature uniform energy-saving environmental protection effect.

①The original solution has two heating modes, one is heated by internal hot air circulation, the bottom of the second material tank has alloy aluminum heating plate (patented technology), independent electric heating control system.The temperature error≤±2℃。

②The metering pump has a thermostatic device with hot air circulation heating inside the oven to ensure constant temperature of the metering pump and more accurate metering。

③Each component of the head has independent electric heating, and the temperature of each component is controlled by computer。
