I.Application
Mainly used in the production of rigid micro-porous polyurethane products ,such as large -scale engineering tire fillers.
II.Features
The booster pump delivers the mixed material through the high pressure to the tire for solid fill,which acts as a solid tire.
High-precision low-speed high -precision metering pump,ratio precision,flexible adjustment ,measurement accuracy error ≤5%.
Mixing device with static pressure balance device (Patented technology),high precision mixing,reliable performance.
The machine head adopts floating mechanical seal,no leakage and anti-pouring.
Temperature constant ,temperature ≤±2℃.
The use of imported PLC controller ,abnormal will automatically determine the diagnostic alarm and abnormal factor display.
PLC module can control,pouring,automatic cleaning and air-impact .
