Technical parameters 

Heating system:

The system ueses a tubular heater in the heating jacket ,heating the medium (water or heat transfer oil) to the required temperature. In the general situation: A, B component stock controls between the 20 ~ 25 ℃; electric heater by the temperature display adjustment instrument control, when the liquid When the temperature is heated to the rated value, it will automatically stop heating. When the temperature of the stock solution is too high, it can be cooled by the chiller to cool the cooling unit. The cooling capacity is 3000Kcal / h, and the temperature of the raw material is constant at the required temperature. The temperature error should be ≤ ± 1 ℃ , Temperature control unit is mainly used to control the temperature of the two raw materials, made into an integrated structure.

According to the viscosity range of the material, the use of high precision metering, flow and proportional adjustment range, can better control the temperature, suitable for measuring different material’s viscosity, high precision gear pump as a metering pump.
