4、Trolley and mold are in the drying tunnel. The mold to the pouring region close to the automatic pouring and artificial pouring, pouring quantity could be set by time or pouring quantity required (pouring a products 1 to 60 seconds or continuous casting). After casting, mold into the bake, curing, turn to move to open  mould opening position of artificial, pick-up, cleaning, spray mold release agent, mold, preheating, enter the casting area.。

5、The sidewall and top lining of the baking passage have adiabatic insulation layer, and the whole baking passage is heated by the far infrared heating tube. The heating chamber is installed on both sides and bottom of the baking passage.Each heating section is independently controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. Each heating system adopts a vane fan (0.37KW) for circulating air supply. A fan is installed on the top of the heating chamber every 1 meter.Under the ambient temperature of 10~35℃, the temperature in the drying passage can be controlled and stabilized at any point within the range of 45~200℃ by the temperature indicating regulator.The temperature difference in different areas is controlled within ±5℃.
