1.General description of equipment

1、Safety Attentions

(1) Please read this operation instruction carefully before use!

(2) This equipment can not explosion-proof!

(3) Equipment must be independent of the power cord and external power connections, power requirement is three-phase 380V～400V，50HZ～60HZ. Equipment must be safely grounded, to ensure the safety of the user and the device itself

(4) When using this equipment, need to wear high temperature gloves or overalls, avoid scald

(5) The unauthorized change machine and using illegal manufacturers sales or recommended accessories, may cause fire, electric shock and personal injury

2、Installation requirements

（1）The equipment shall be installed on a level ground to ensure stability, and the platform frame is provided with adjusting screws at the foot.

3、 Equipment Function

This equipment is mainly used for casting vulcanization and mold heating plate .Vulcanization machine is composed of heating platform ,heating pipe and electric cabinet. The bottom and outside of the platform are equipped with thermal insulation panel , working temperature 90℃～130℃。

Equipment performance：

1、All electric switch components adopt famous brand, with power off protection function, leakage protection function and overload protection function, the equipment according to various working conditions when all other instruments and equipment are free from electromagnetic interference.

3、Equipment with failure safety protection system with overcurrent protection overheat protection suddenly cut off protection cable ground short circuit protection equipment fault alarm functions。

4、Table is used for casting vulcanization and mold heating by electric heating. The bottom and outside of the platform are equipped with thermal insulation system. The working temperature is 110℃-120℃， Temperature error≤±,5℃。
