Application and Features

The equipment suitable for baking mold, melt polyurethane ,preheating mold ,Raw material ,preheat CPU or after curing PU products, such as metallurgy and dyeing, textile, mine, paper industry of all kinds of rubber roller and high load solid wheel, mining sieve plate. Hot air circulation drying oven adopts intelligent digital display temperature control apparatus and temperature sensors, stable and reliable .Used in hot air circulation way, through temperature indicating controller in the bake, temperature control and stability on arbitrary point within the scope of 45~200℃.

Structure

1. Box: Using far infrared heating hot air convection fan uniform principle, insulation material using aluminum silicate fiber felt asbestos;

Shell with channel steel support. The structure can make according to customer's specific requirements

2 .Heating elements: 1.2 KW heating tube , distributed in the left and right sides of the oven.

4 .Fan: 1.5 KW blower , used in circulating hot air

5. Electrical control: intelligent temperature control instrument, JSS48 display time relay, schneider air circuit breaker, schneider ac contactor etc .Control box placed in box outside

Working principle

Oven after connect power, control system, heating elements convert electrical energy into heat energy. Far-infrared radiation heat, stirring, the fan make to achieve uniform temperature inside the oven. Temperature thermocouple tests temperature. When the temperature reaches the set value, the thermometer signalled, through contact with broken to control the temperature in the oven, constant temperature or heating time determined by time relay

Installation and debugging

The installation, commissioning and technical training of the equipment shall be undertaken by the seller's engineers

A.Welcome customers to visit the factory . Seller Provide the free training , technical guidance and catering services

B.Assign technicians to the buyer's site for training. The buyer shall provide the necessary machinery and tools for installation and debugging. The seller's engineer will arrive at the Seller's factory on the agreed date by both parties
